CHRIST THE LORD GOSPEL CHURCH - BELGIUM
HISTORY
We are a Pentecostal, Evangelical, Charismatic and Baptist (PECB) Movement. We love, live and serve as Christ through the Great Commission.
The Christ the Lord Gospel Church International, was founded
by Apostle Emmanuel Kofi Apau in 1982 in Ghana, West Africa.
Through the empowerment and guidance of the Holy Spirit,
God endowed His Apostle Emmanuel Kofi Apauto Nourish,
Nurture, and Shepherd a handful of congregations into a
community church comprised of people of different tribes,
cultures, languages, and socio-economic backgrounds.
His visit to Bishop Eddie Long of the New Birth Missionary Baptist
Church in the United States changed the course of Christ the Lord Gospel Church for good.
With financial support from Bishop Eddie Long, Christ the Lord Gospel Church began to expand its outreach programs to order regions in Ghana and beyond the borders of the country, Ghana.
It was during this period of spiritual and numerical growth that Brother Steven Apau (Now Pastor Steven) relocated to Belgium. On the arrival of Brother Steven Apau, in the absence of Christ The Lord Gospel Church in Belgium at that moment, Brother Steven Apau and Brother Brian Lock joined the church of Pentecost, in Belgium where they worship and served the Lord diligently in every passing day and time.

The contribution, commitment, and dedication to the vision and mission of the church of Pentecost pursued and convinced the leadership to ordain them into the office of deacons and finally, to the office of elders.
It was during this period of dedicated service to God and the Church of Pentecost that the Holy Spirit inspired Elder Brian and Elder Steven to begin the Christ the Lord Gospel Church, Belgium.
Christ The Lord Gospel Church - Belgium began speedily and was officially later inaugurated in Belgium-Europe in the City of Antwerp in 2013 by Elder Steven and Elder Brain. At the direction of Apostle, E. K. Apau, Pastor Elijah Apau of Christ the Lord Gospel Church, USA commissioned, Elder Steven and Elder Brian as Co-Pastors of Christ the Lord Gospel Church Belgium.
In the year 2021, Pastor Brian resigned from Christ the Lord Gospel Church to
start his own church where Pastor Steven, under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, had
stood in the gap and remained faithful and dedicated to the course of Christ the Lord Gospel Church, and now he is the Pastor officially in charge of Christ the Lord Gospel Church, Belgium.
There is no doubt that God is taking Christ the Lord Gospel Church, Belgium to a new
dimension under the leadership of Pastor Steven with the support of a team of
well-dedicated leaders in the local branch as well as the unrelenting backing from Apostle E. K. Apau and the Executive Council of the Church.
