SHINE THE LIGHT IS ON.

DECLARATION

Isaiah 60:1-2

‘Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. [2] See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.

John 1:4-5 says "In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." Glory to God..! Our scripture says the light Jesus brought to all who are willing to shine is a light that cannot be overcome by darkness and it's given to those who believe in Him. Matthew 5:14.

Darkness is life without Christ. It is the activities of the evil one in this world. Proverbs 4:19 says “The way of the wicked is like deep darkness; they do not know over what they stumble.” The world today is full of evil, satan the father and master of evil has taken advantage to lunch all kinds of attacks as Putin is killing and shedding innocent blood with rockets, bullets, and bombs.

These days, the world is full of terrors of the night, arrows that fly by day, the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, that is deadly, and terminal sicknesses and plagues that destroy at midday. We experience the unbearable heat and effects of the global economic crisis and the rising prices of goods and services. This evil is going on 24 hours a day. Psalm 91;5-6.

But in all this, Christ has given us the grace to overcome. Our theme scripture gives us the clue for He said ARISE and secondly SHINE. Arise means take your stand and be on your feet as David took his stand before Goliath and shine means declare the word to the situation that seems unbearable or beyond your control. David declared the word against Goliath and also prayed with the word against Ahithophel and darkness was consumed before him. With the light of the word, no darkness can contend against you. hallelujah. John 1:5

This morning, though the world is full of thick darkness as we all bear witness, never forget you carry the glory of God to change situations. You are a kingdom light bearer with the spirit of boldness to effect changes. The bible says there was a famine to an extent that people were dying. Elisha declared "tomorrow by now there shall be an abundance of grain at low cost in Samaria" and it happened overnight. 2 Kings 7:1

This is you in Christ according to God's plan. AMEN

Declaration:

I declare the light of God in Christ has consumed every darkness around me and am living in it till eternity. I affirm I am the embassy where those walking in darkness come to obtain light, Amen.

Prayer:

Father, I thank you for making me the light of the world in Jesus' name, Amen.
