THERE IS HOPE

DECLARATION

Ephesians 3:12-13

Because of Christ and our faith in him, [a] we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence. So please don’t lose heart because of my trials here. I am suffering for you, so you should feel honored.

Often one loses hope when there is nowhere to go, no one to talk to, depend on, or even trust when a problem or issue is beyond their control. Then life becomes unbearable, meaningless, and hopeless. That was King Saul's situation when God rejected and forsaken him due to his disobedience and he ended up consulting a medium.

1 Samuel 28:5-7 -"5 When Saul saw the army of the Philistines, he was afraid, and his heart trembled greatly. And when Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord did not answer him, either by dreams, by Urim, or by the prophets. Then Saul said to his servants, “Find me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her. “And his servants said to him, “In fact, there is a woman who is a medium at En Dor.”

Saul was once God’s choice as king over Israel but it came to a time when he had no one to help him until he ended up with the medium that led to his death. Privileges and opportunities are very important in one’s life. I

t was by grace that David became great and Christ Jesus upon his return will reign on David's throne.

This morning irrespective of your shortcomings, Christ has unfolded his manifold wisdom and grace upon you. Our theme scripture says, never to lose heart, but in all circumstances, you should come boldly to God's presence. Hebrews 4:16 sa

ys "Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need."

This is the hope and love Christ has bestowed on us. Paul says his trials are for your glory because his trust was in Christ who has given you this privilege.

Make use of it every moment and experience the love of God in Jesus' Mighty

name.

I declare my trust in the Lord through his word in all circumstances. I affirm I have a place In Christ, a place of hope, success, wisdom, knowledge, solution, and breakthrough in Jesus’ name, amen.

Thank you, God, for your word that gives me hope in Christ Jesus every day, amen.
