BORN FOR A PURPOSE

Acts 26:16

16 But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. [NKJV]

James 1:18 Says, of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of His creatures. I believe, there is a purpose for God bringing believers forth that we need to pursue,

Ephesians 2;10 - For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. You are created for his workmanship and good work, Saul was on his way to Damascus and the Lord appeared to him and said in Acts 26:16 - But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you.

Our theme verse says the purpose of Christ appearing to Paul was to be a minister and witness which means there is a purpose of Christ redeeming you to be his own, that you need to pursue. Therefore, I challenge you to begin to pray for divine help to discover your purpose in Christ and walk in it, for that is the only way you can find your destiny, in him all things dwell, Christ.

Christ Jesus was able to fulfill his purpose 1 John 3:8b - for this purpose, the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. On the cross Colossians 2:15 says, having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. Glory!

As Christ is so, are you, 1 John 4:17. This great helper lives in you to help you, that is the Spirit of God, begin to fellowship with him for his guidance and he will help you to walk and fulfill your purpose in life in Jesus' Mighty name.
