Romans 8:6

For to be [a]carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. [NKJV]

The lives we live as children of God in the STUDY and Meditation of the Bible are not effective to effect positive transformation in our lives due to the strong demands of activities of the flesh that lead to destruction. Romans 8:6. Mostly the challenge we face is how a believer started his 24-hour day.

Whereas God told Joshua to start his day with the word and end with the word through study and meditation day, and night, and in conclusion, whatever he does shall be successful. And this is the will of everyone to have success in whatever he or she does including our creator God. Joshua 1:8

It's very good to look great, but life goes beyond that for believers. The Bible says when you accepted Christ, your spirit becomes alive, to connect with God, thus; John 4:24 God is Spirit and those who worship Him shall worship in spirit and truth. 2 Corinthians 5:15-17 also declares to us, for we have known Christ according to the flesh, nevertheless we no longer know him according to the fresh why...? We are a new creation living in the power of His Spirit in Christ Jesus. This is glorious!

Thus, we need to balance our Christian life. We can’t just be feeding the flesh without our spirit for when the spirit and soul is well fed then we are able to subject our flesh to obedience and also be able to punish every disobedient spirit that rises against God’s wisdom and righteousness. [2 Corinthians 10:6, and 1 Corinthians 1:30] respectively

May God help us to build our spirits, soul, and body with the Word and be able to fellowship with the Holy Spirit for abundant life in Christ.
