DECLARATION

Exodus 14:13

Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today will never see again.

In our opening scriptures the nation Israel was at the seashore, with nowhere to escape. The Israelites were filled with fear, they cried to surrender because the Egyptians were approaching. Moses looked at them and made a declaration with our opening scripture Exodus 14:13,

Do not be afraid. Stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.' He said the enemy you are seeing today you will see them no more. His declaration was in the present not the future. You will realize that God fulfilled His declaration by using the same route they passed across the sea to consume the Egyptians who were slain to death.

This morning, what are you declaring in your life? Are you still lamenting about your children's problems or declaring the things you want to see in their lives? Are you still lamenting what you hear people saying about you or declaring what you want to be in Christ?

Joseph had no time for his enemies until they came to bow before him, including those who sold him. Are you still lamenting about your marriage children and job issues? Rather speak positively or pray and declare the goodness of God to transform things for the best.

Are you still worrying thinking and confessing negatively about your financial situation or challenges that do not favour you? In Luke 12:25-31, the bible declares let the weak say I am strong and the poor I am rich for Christ has supplied your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus.

Moses, Daniel, Joshua and Joseph never allowed conditions to push them to the wall to confess wrongly. Thus, it should not be your portion. Rather renew your mind and speak what you want to see, be in control in Jesus’ name. Romans 12:1-2.

Declaration:

I Refuse to be ruled and controlled by conditions. I declare how it came so shall it go without changing my course in Jesus’ name. I have blessed the spirit of God in me for great works in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Prayer:

Thank You Father for the spirit of self-discipline in Christ Jesus, Amen.
