END OF YEAR FASTING AND PRAYER’S - DAY 2

THEME TRIUMPHANT ENTRY 2023,

SCRIPTURES: EZRA:8:21-23

Ezra 8:15-21 NKJV. Now I gathered them by the river that flows to Ahava, and we camped there for three days. And I looked among the people and the priests and found none of the sons of Levi there. Then I sent for Eliezer, Ariel, Shemaiah, Elnathan, Jarib, Elnathan, Nathan, Zechariah, and Meshullam, leaders; also, for Joiarib and Elnathan, men of understanding. And I gave them a command for Iddo the chief man at the place Casiphia, and [a]I told them what they should say to [b]Iddo and his brethren the Nethinim at the place Casiphia—that they should bring us servants for the house of our God. Then, by the good hand of our God upon us, they brought us a man of understanding, of the sons of Mahli the son of Levi, the son of Israel, namely Sherebiah, with his sons and brothers, eighteen men; and Hashabiah, and with him Jeshaiah of the sons of Merari, his brothers and their sons, twenty men; also of the Nethinim, whom David and the leaders had appointed for the service of the Levites, two hundred and twenty Nethinim. All of them were designated by name.

Fasting and Prayer for Protection

21 Then I proclaimed a fast there at the river of Ahava, that we might humble ourselves before our God, to seek from Him the right way for us and our little ones and all our possessions.

PRAYER TOPIC.

1)Start your prayers with thanksgiving Psalm 100:1-4 For his faithfulness.

2) Seek the right way of life, health, wisdom, understanding, prosperity, and favor before God and man in this coming year 2023 Ezra 8:21, Isaiah 2:3

3) Pray for grace to fellowship with the holy spirit, grace to study, meditate and grow in the knowledge and wisdom of God, and grace for right fellowship with family, friends, and brethren in the faith. Joshua1:8, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Proverbs 4:5-9

4) Pray for the grace to resist the devil in all endeavors, pray and declare may you not be ignorant of his devices, rather may you discern and uphold the faith in his word to quench all the ferry darts of the evil one in 2023. (Ephesians 6:14-17, 2 Corinthians 2:11, 1 Peter 3:15. Bless the lord for this grace.
