Acts 7:9

“Because the patriarchs were jealous of Joseph, they sold him as a slave into Egypt. But God was with him.

One of the messages given to Isaiah to the nation Israel in Isaiah 41:10 is; “So do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” This is a message of hope and encouragement to every believer in God.

Many a time, due to circumstances, challenges, setbacks, health issues, and financial problems we normally encounter, we mostly think we are alone but the question one could ask him or herself is, "are these challenges bigger and greater than your God" The scriptures given to the nation Israel by Isaiah was for all and it's still valid now “God is with you and in you” if only you believe.

Joseph dreamt, and he told his family, it brought enmity between him and his beloved brothers to the extent that, they sold him as a slave and lied to their father that, their brother was dead. What an evil influence out of bitterness and jealousy... this transition of his life led him into prison but in all, the Bible says that God was with him.

Decades later, Joseph was elevated by God through King Pharaoh and he finally met his brothers and said in Genesis 50:20; "You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives." God was with him, hallelujah.

This morning, acknowledge that you are not alone, Jesus said; "and I am with you always" which means till eternity and this is the assurance we have that makes all things possible for us in Christ Jesus. He is in you and with you, Amen.
