MAKE USE OF YOUR LIGHT
1 John 1:5
This is the message we have heard from Him and declare to you: God is light; in Him, there is no darkness at all.
John 8:12 "Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” Also in John 1:4-5, it is written "in him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it."
Our opening scripture says! This is the message we have heard from Him and declare to you: God is light; in Him, there is no darkness at all. Jesus also declares during His earthly ministry, "I Am the light of the world, the light that gives mankind light".
Darkness represents harmful things, evil, sicknesses, and fearful things that could ever happen to a man. Some dictionaries define it as a monster that blinds and takes away peace with the replacement of evil and pain. This is what could not stand Christ in his earthly ministry of preaching, healing, and restoration from the kingdom of darkness. Hence making use of the light.
The Bible says in Colossians 1:13, that, God has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son who is the light, and he has equipped us with the Word that became flesh to make us the light of this world.
Thus, this morning, acknowledge that you are the light of the world. A rise, and shine! Against all the schemes of the devil. Resist him with the power in the Word, the light of Glory and darkness in any area of your life will be consumed. (Friday is night service - theme, breaking patterns, and bandage)

Prayer:
Father, thank You for consuming all forms of darkness around me in Jesus' name, Amen.
