SHE WAS FREE BY THE TRUTH

John 8:32

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Today, many are wondering about the truthfulness of God's Word including some believers and mostly some asked themselves, how can one be set free with the Word, but all is a lack of understanding, knowledge, and faith. As it's written, you will know the truth and it will set you free so it is by God's power. In the book of John 4, the Bible gives the real incidence of this theme scripture. The Samaritan woman was in bondage with her character in the community she lived.

This samaritan woman decided to fetch water at an odd hour due to what she was known to be, thus she separated herself from what the community does. The Bible says she was at the well in the heat of the day in order not to run into those who tainted her.

But when she had an encounter with Jesus who is the truth and carried the message of truth that brings freedom and redemption to the bondage John 4:13-14. This woman was completely free and went to the very people she avoid in the city and made the truth known to them.

She brought the entire community to Jesus and as a result, they were all set free. The word of God is your ultimate truth to carry along in your Christian journey to fulfill the great commission given to us by God, for soul winning as the Samarian woman did for Christ because she was set free.

Father, I thank you for your message of truth that brings freedom to every aspect of our life Amen.
