WALK IN THE PATH OF THE WORD

Psalm 119:105
Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
In the book of James 1:18, it says, God gives birth to us by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of all He created. We were born by the word, which is the message of the cross, the sacrificial work of Christ Jesus.
The word received was light that exposed our sinful nature in the dark world and introduced us into the kingdom of his dear son Jesus Christ. Thus, it is written in Colossians 1:12-13 “Give joy and thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his Holy people in the kingdom of light. [13] For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves”
Our opening scripture says, "Your Word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path." This means the Word of God is a light by itself, therefore, David realized the essence of the Word and declare, the word is a lamp that lights my feet. This is why we need to have more of the Word in our life. It was the Word that saved him from the persecution of Saul.
When the Word is shining on your path, it keeps us from stumbling. It helps us to walk with understanding, boldness, and without fear.
At this moment, I encourage you to give in to the study of the Word. God wants us all to grow and walk in the knowledge of His Word. He wants us to live by what His Word says because that is the truth about our new birth, life, and health. This morning, I want to urge you to recognize the Word in you, is Christ, in you; and never allow the devil to darken your path with negative thoughts that will lead you to failures.
